MRI Software is looking for a Digital Content Writer to join our EMEA Marketing team! As the Digital Content Writer, you will be responsible for executing on and contributing to a website and digital messaging strategy that aligns with our brand's voice and resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities :
Execute on and contribute to a comprehensive website content strategy that aligns with the company's brand voice and resonates with target audiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content is aligned with business goals and objectivesWorking with global teams and leaders working from other locations on similar initiativesWrite and edit engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, email marketing, and blogsAlign with SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankingsMonitor and analyse content performance using data and metrics to inform future content strategyEnsure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive brand voiceStay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate content strategyManage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintainedContinuously evaluate and improve content processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivityCollaborate with external agencies and freelancers to supplement content creation as neededRequirements :
3+ years’ experience in copywriting and / or digital marketingUnderstanding of web UX and optimizing journeysStrong knowledge of SEO best practiceKnowledge of B2B digital marketing channels and techniquesStrong editing and proofreading skillsProficient with Wordpress, Google Analytics, Microsoft OfficeExcellent people skills to work effectively with remote team members and cross-functional teams in a matrix management arrangementOccasional travel to events in South Africa – estimate 2 x per annumFamiliarity with Donald Miller’s “Building a Story Brand” & SB7 storytelling approach a plusKnowledge of the following digital platforms an advantage :Email Marketing & Marketing Automation (Pardot)Web Personalization (Webeo)Social Medial Channels (LinkedIn, Meta)Graphic Design (Canva)SEO (Ahrefs)Media / Advertising / Branding jobs
