Our mission is to empower our clients to deliver exceptional public services by harnessing the full potential of technology and data.OUR VALUESPartnership : We become one team and family with organisations, helping them to navigate change and stay agile.Integrity : Our people really care, going beyond the brief to make change happen for organisations and citizens.Innovation : We bring together the right technologies and services to design solutions that work.Passion : We are passionate about - and dedicated to - public services and improving people's lives.THE ROLEKey responsibilitiesThe Business Office Administrator is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will provide ongoing support for multiple clients using all necessary systems.Specific dutiesDepending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following : Dealing with calls that come into Supportworks & Hornbill for procurement of goods / servicesLiaising with suppliers to obtain best possible pricesRaising invoices for payment by Bolton and WiganTaking deliveries and GRN / goods receipting ordersLiaise with Agilisys accounts payable over invoicesAsset tagging equipment if required and adding them to the CMDBReporting warranty repairs / out of warranty repairsIssue / activate cotags for access to the Agilisys officeProcess new supplier requests through head officeMaintaining stock levels of stationary, tea, coffee etcWeekly check on orders outstanding chase supplier if necessary to get an ETA and advise customer of thisStock control regular stock take of equipment in the stock roomLiaise with Virgin Media / Nasstar / Updata regarding any installs / cease requestOpportunityThis role is an excellent platform for experienced professionals to take their career to the next level and an opportunity unlikely to be found anywhere else.
