Job description

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year FMCG experience.
Technical qualification advantageous.
Own vehicle.
Computer literate.

Responsibilities

Maintain existing customer relations.

Provide service to our customers, including installations, servicing, repairs, deliveries and customer training on all the company’s products.

Assist with helpdesk support.

Assist with stock counts.

Assist with office administration.

Sales of product offering, including scales, automatic wrapping machines, printers, software, spares and consumables.

Market the company’s products and services, including cold calling, visiting new customers and giving demonstrations.
