Our client is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented External Sales Representative to join their team in Lowveld & Mozambique. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction in the region. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in Lowveld and Mozambique.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Present and sell products to potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Essential Qualifications :
High School Diploma.Relevant qualification in Sales & Marketing.Desired Experience :
A minimum of 5 - 10 years of proven experience in an external sales role, preferably within the lighting or related industry.Strong technical skills related to the products.Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and performance metrics.Candidates with strong Technical / Electrical background will be considered.Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Valid passport for projects in Mozambique.Must reside in Nelspruit.Salary & Benefits :
