Job Description

• Warehouse organization and upkeep, this includes stock organization on its racking, cleaning less and tidiness of the warehouse at all times
• Daily Dispatches list collection and Assignment to pickers. Arrangement of collection times with customers.
• Physical verification signoff for orders dispatch
• Drivers routes planning based on daily priorities.
• Warehouse vehicles upkeep Delivery truck, forklifts and delivery bakkies.
• Management of all warehouse staff, including mounting structures production workshop.
• Assignment of daily tasks to Mounting structures workshop as per weekly plan, follow up on daily completion of Machining goals.
• Maintain a tidy and organized operation of the machining workshop.
• Supervise and arrange any physical repairs to the premises this includes supervision of gardening services, painting repairs, Cartage and refuse collection, and others.
• Supervise and plan for Containers reception and offloading, Cargo stacking on warehouse racking.
