Strategic Procurement Leadership
Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with the organization's global and regional goals.Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovation.Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple categories to optimize value and performance.Collaborate with finance, operations, and business units to ensure procurement supports overall business objectives.Team Management & Development
Manage and mentor a team of administrative procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics for team members.Provide training, coaching, and career development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.Ensure effective workload distribution and resource planning to meet procurement deadlines and priorities. Supplier Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and service excellence.Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and evaluation processes in accordance with company standards.Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement. Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate procurement-related risks.Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails for all procurement transactions.Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely procurement records. Process Optimization & Reporting
Analyze current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.Implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance efficiency and transparency.Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and KPIs to track performance and identify trends.Prepare and present regular reports to the Global Head of Procurement on strategic initiatives, savings, and compliance. 5+ years in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory roleExposure to indirect and direct procurement categoriesAdvanced proficiency in procurement systems such as Gateke eper, Procurify, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similarStrong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholdersProven ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsExperience in process improvement and implementing procurement best practicesFamiliarity with procurement metrics and performance trackingSkilled in managing relationships across departments and geographiesExpertise in negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier agreementsDesirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certification preferredProject management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantageExperience in a multinational or group-level procurement environmentAbility to balance cost, quality, and risk in procurement decisionsStrong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisionsAbility to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in procurement activitiesAdept at aligning procurement goals with broader business objectivesStore Keeping / Procurement jobs
