An opportunity exists for a hands-on IT Operations Manager to lead the seamless delivery, security, and scalability of an established medical device companies IT infrastructure, across multiple sites. This is a critical leadership role that combines team management, infrastructure oversight, cybersecurity governance, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge in Microsoft-based systems, cloud environments, secure networking, automation, and endpoint management. They must be Microsoft Certified, with a proven ability to manage complex IT ecosystems and lead high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the IT team across infrastructure, support, and security functions.Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.Oversee endpoint lifecycle, user access, and network performance.Implement automation and disaster recovery strategies.Ensure IT compliance and coordinate with audit and cybersecurity teams.Minimum Requirements :
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Essential)
Certifications (Essential) :
At least one of the following Microsoft certifications :
Microsoft 365 Certified : Administrator Expert
Microsoft Certified : Endpoint Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified : Information Protection and Compliance Administrator AssociateCertifications (Highly Advantageous) :
Salesforce Certified AdministratorProfessional Google Workspace AdministratorCompTIA Network+, Security+, Cloud+ITIL CertifiedRequired Nature of Experience :
3–5 years in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure management.Strong expertise in :Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 configuration and access control.
On-prem Active Directory (AD DS, AD CS) and Group Policy administration.Cloud-based endpoint management (Intune) and MDM tools.Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace configuration and security.Physical and logical networking (routers, switches, firewalls).VoIP, CCTV systems, and network monitoring tools.ITIL process management (incident, change, service desk).Practical experience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and configuration tools (Ansible, Puppet).
