Job Description

As a Product Manager, you'll have full lifecycle product management responsibility for products within our suite that are used by customer end users as well as agents, analysts and managers from the operations teams. Specific responsibilities include :

• Lead the build out of our consumer-facing Conversational AI products. Vital product leadership activities include defining / refining the vision and product strategy, and developing business, financial and operational plans.
• Evangelize your vision and excite others. Share your goals and rationale behind your decisions.
• Day-to-day product management activities include speaking with clients, defining and prioritizing requirements, working with designers and engineers to ideate, design, build, test, deliver and optimize our solutions.
• Work cross-functionally across client, partner, and internal stakeholders to take products from conception to launch. Drive improvements where needed. Frame tradeoffs and drive the decision-making process to push us forward.
• Work with go-to-market teams on sales / marketing / demo materials and other collateral and provide subject matter expertise for internal, client, and partner sales efforts.
• Plan and manage multiple initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

The ideal candidate is curious, consultative, well organized, articulate, and excited about working in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere in South Africa. The ideal candidate must be willing to work within different time zones as needed.
