Join an international company setting up its new South African division as a Financial Accountant focused on transactional accounting. In this hands-on role, you'll manage the day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy across accounts payable / receivable, and support the wider finance function. Job Description :

As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for the full transactional accounting function within a newly established South African division of a leading international company. Your role will include accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate records, preparing reconciliations, and supporting monthly reporting cycles. You will ensure that local processes are aligned with international standards while helping embed best practices in a fast-moving, project-orientated environment. Working closely with the Financial Manager and international counterparts, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while gaining exposure to global finance structures. This is an exciting opportunity for someone detail-orientated, proactive, and eager to grow within an international business.

Skills & Experience :

Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles with 1-2 years accounting experience

OR

Completed qualification +5 years experience in a similar environment

Full-function accounting exposure

Construction, Manufacturing, FMCG or similar environment exposure highly beneficial

Ability to adapt in an ever-changing "start-up" type environment

Qualification :

Completed Tertiary Qualification in Accounting / Finance

Completed articles beneficial
