This role is crucial for their upcoming brand launch, website completion, and podcast debut.

About the Role : They are looking for a high-level Marketing and Social Media Specialist to serve as a Virtual Assistant. This is a part-time position, requiring 15-20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as the business grows. The ideal Marketing and Social Media Specialist is creative, empathetic, and proactive, with a passion for authentic social media engagement. This person should know how to attract and connect with women audiences through meaningful conversations and inspiring content. Key Responsibilities

• The primary focus of this role is to drive organic growth and set the foundation for paid marketing efforts, ensuring the Coach's time is focused on content creation, coaching, and enrollment calls.
