Job descriptionEnsure invoicing quality. Ensure on time and error free invoicing. Monitor projects to prevent open projects exceeding 60 days. Chair Weekly Work in Progress meetings. Allocate resources based on project priorities to streamline workflows. Manage Customer credit note reports, authorizing credit notes accordingly. Provide Actual MTD revenue to FS for monthly reporting. Generate monthly invoicing stats report for Management. Ensure Compliance with relevant legislation. Proactively identify and manage risks within the division / unit. Manage staff appointments. Manage Performance & Development of staff. General staff management. Establish & Manage relationships with Key Stakeholders. Manage Client Services. Grade 12, NATED 3 / NCV Level 3. A Bookkeeping Diploma would be preferred. Accounting / Credit Management Qualification would be advantageous. Experience in a similar Position for 2 – 4 years. Experience within the Shipping & Maritime Industry for 2 – 4 years. Ability to build high performance teams. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Data Analysis & mathematical proficiency skills. Excellent administrative skills. A strong sense of Integrity, commitment, and dedication.
