We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling to C-suite executives at large national corporate accounts, ideally in the healthcare or staffing industry.
This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building lasting relationships with key decision-makers in long-term care organizations.
Salary - $1500pm + Commission
Type of Work - Full Time (REMOTE)
Work Schedule - North America business hours
Requirements
- In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (full understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
- Experienced Sales Leader : 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into C-suite executives at national corporate accounts, preferably in healthcare or staffing.
- Strategic Thinker : Strong ability to research target accounts, understand industry trends, and craft compelling value propositions.
- Executive Presence : Confident, articulate, and able to command a room with high-level stakeholders.
- Active Listener : Exceptional ability to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Process-Oriented : Comfortable with developing, testing, and iterating on sales strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficient in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
- Results-Driven : Track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
