One of our companies is currently looking for a Testing Manager in EMEA .

This is a fully remote role for an experienced Testing Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality testing solutions for a diverse portfolio of mobile and web applications. You'll be responsible for overseeing test strategy, managing test execution, and ensuring successful results delivery to clients in various industries, from media to healthcare. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage distributed testing teams, and apply best practices to elevate testing performance across the board. This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality assurance, eager to make an impact, and skilled in both manual and automated testing methodologies.

Accountabilities :

• Define and execute test strategies for various client projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines
• Coordinate and lead testing activities across multiple projects, including test planning, environment setup, execution, and reporting
• Manage distributed teams of testers and test leads, providing support, guidance, and constructive feedback
• Review test documentation and ensure adherence to internal quality standards and client expectations
• Raise and resolve project risks and technical challenges, while monitoring KPIs such as quality metrics, utilization, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain proactive communication with client stakeholders and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and successful delivery
