Qualifications and experience

• Minimum 6 months of experience within a call centre (local or international)
• 6 months of sales experience (Inbound / Outbound / Retentions / Upselling / Cross-Sell)
• Matric
• Clear criminal record
• Ability to type 26 wpm
• Attention to detail
• English proficiency, written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of effective customer service processes
• Understanding of the call centre industry
• Computer literacy – ability to navigate multiple systems effectively
