We’re looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our BPO and sales delivery teams in the Outbound Telco space. You’ll be responsible for delivering revenue growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring outstanding client service – all while leading and developing a high-performance team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead operational strategy to meet and exceed campaign goals and SLAs
- Drive sales performance with clear KPIs, coaching, and incentives
- Build strong client relationships through regular reporting and engagement
- Optimize processes, adopt digital tools, and improve productivity
- Lead, inspire, and develop operational teams for long-term success
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements
Requirements
A Minimum 5 years experience in sales operations or campaign management, with at least 2 years in a management roleAbility to translate business objectives into actionable plans; advanced reporting and analytical capabilityExperience in cost optimization, budgeting, and profitability trackingProven track record managing large, multi-layered sales operations teamsExperience with CRM systems and sales enablement tool, with the ability to collaborate across departmentsStrong understanding of BPO operations, sales conversion levers, and contact centre dynamicsPerformance Management ExpertiseStrong stakeholder engagement skills, both internally and externallyClear criminal recordBenefits
