Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to temporarily step into the role of Key Accounts Manager during the extended sick leave of the current incumbent. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoing sales activities are executed seamlessly, and supporting the overall sales team. This is a temporary, full-time role with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts during the absence of the Key Accounts Manager.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients.Monitor and manage client orders, contracts, and requests to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.Resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly, working closely with the support team to find resolutions.Conduct regular follow-ups with key accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Sales Support & CoordinationSupport the Sales team with daily administrative tasks and reporting.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, marketing) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth within key accounts.Communication & ReportingProvide timely updates to senior management on key accounts' status and any challenges faced.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client satisfaction, and market trends.Ensure the transition between the departing Key Accounts Manager and yourself is smooth, and document any critical information for future reference.Qualifications
Previous experience in Sales Assistant / Account ManagementExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Experience with CRM systems.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
