Key Responsibilities
- General office administration, order processing, shipping documents.
- Capture, update and maintain records on internal systems (e.g. CRM, stock systems, shared spreadsheets).
- Assist with order processing : preparing quotes, sales orders, invoices and related documentation.
- Liaise with couriers and suppliers for collections, deliveries and basic logistics follow-ups.
- Support the sales and operations team with ad hoc admin tasks and projects.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner when required.
- Ensure all information is captured accurately and kept up to date.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Very high level of computer literacy and proficiency, including fast and accurate typing, confident use of web-based tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking) able to draft clear, professional emails and documents.Excellent problem-solving skills able to think logically, troubleshoot issues, and propose practical solutions.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work, especially data capturing and document preparation.Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.Effective communication and teamwork skills comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and asking the right questions to get things done.Advantageous Experience & Skills
13 years experience in an administrative, office support or customer service role.Experience working in a small / medium business environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel / Sheets, Word / Docs).Experience with CRM, accounting or ERP systems (e.g. capturing orders, customer details, invoices).Thank you for applying with RAREcruit!
