Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Management : Build, support, and grow a strong dealer / distributor network worldwide, ensuring each partner is engaged, supported, and delivering sales.Hire Company Engagement : Work with hire companies of all sizes, from sole traders to national operators, to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.Direct Sales : Manage enquiries and proactively generate new direct sales opportunities, both UK and export, with a focus on closing high-value orders.Pipeline & CRM : Own the sales pipeline through HubSpot CRM, keeping detailed records, forecasting accurately, and reporting progress against targets.Onboarding : Drive dealer agreements, ensuring partners are aligned with Tigerhire's brand values and standards.Collaboration : Work closely with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation and support product visibilitymercial Negotiation : Handle pricing discussions, contract terms, and sales agreements in line with company policy.Experience RequiredAt least 5–7 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction equipment, plant hire, machinery, or engineering.Proven success in managing dealers, distributors, or hire companies and delivering measurable sales growth.Experience with export sales and cross-border customer engagement is a strong advantage.Solid understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
