Associate Benefit Consultant (Tygervalley)

Overall purpose of the role

To assist in the daily managing and logistical control of the funds, to co‑ordinate and facilitate between departments, with the ultimate objective of providing overall assistance and backup to the Senior / Principal Consultant. The position will entail servicing standard umbrella Fund clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and coordinate Trustee Meetings and / or Joint Forum Meetings
• Assist in the preparation of Agenda packs
• Assist in drafting minutes of Board and sub‑committee meetings
• Assist the senior consultant in managing funds in terms of their service level agreement
• Assist in investigating complaints and obtaining supporting documentation
• Project manage communication projects
• Assist with drafting member communication
• Facilitating and co‑ordinating interaction between internal departments
• Self‑development
• Technical excellence in servicing corporate clients
• Embodying TCF in client interaction
• Demonstrating client centricity
• Build client relationships and ensure client retention
• Awareness of regulatory legislation and developments within the industry
