Duties :

• Lead finance team and oversee all financial operations within the division.
• Set strategic financial direction.
• Establish implement and monitor financial goals targets and strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including shareholders bankers auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with all legal and regulatory financial obligations.
• Oversee financial reporting including year-end financials audits budgets risk assessments and sustainability reports.
• Drive tax compliance across VAT PAYE ETI and company tax.
• Fulfill fiduciary duties as a Board Director and provide financial advice to the Board and CEO.
• Manage budgeting forecasting working capital foreign currency transactions and Forward Exchange Contracts (FEC).
