Junior Financial Manager

Reporting directly to the Financial Director, you’ll play a key role in managing financial operations, analysis, and compliance while building a strong foundation for your career in finance leadership.

This role offers exposure to the full finance function; from cash management and reporting to budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory submissions. This gives you the opportunity to grow your technical and strategic capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cashbook processing and perform bank reconciliations
• Oversee debtors, creditors, and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Prepare statutory and regulatory submissions, including VAT, PAYE, MIBFA, and Stats SA
• Consolidate and manage B-BBEE compliance data across departments
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
• Support cost management initiatives and assist with inventory valuation
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting accuracy
