Overview

Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ TLC requires a Course Developer to provide support and assistance to TLC learning and development partner, specifically in regard to administration and course development.

Essential qualifications

• Grade 12
• 5 years’ experience in training provider admin and course development

Qualification & experience

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to franchisees on training progress, assisting with training implementation in-store

Performing training needs analyses for Head Office and franchise as whole to identify learning objectives and target audience requirements
