Supervisor : Claims Analytics And Auditing

Introduction

Our client is on the hunt for a qualified and experienced individual with strong analytical skills and financial acumen to start asap. This position will suit someone with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude and a love for figures. Must understand loss ratios, financial implications of claims, etc and be able to identify trends and anomalies. Must also be au fait with compliance within the financial services industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversight of a small team of claims analysts
• Manage performance, quality and deadlines
• Strong reporting skills
• Seeking very detail orientated who can analyse payroll reports – reconciliations on submissions to claims
• Management of Compliance and QA on processing
• Ensures that clients are compliant with WCA – check payroll reports for discrepancies
• Extensive client interaction
