We offer an attractive salary of $80, - $, per annum.About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving revenue growth.Responsibilities : Maintenance coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services;Monthly budget planning and liaison with the owner to optimize financial performance;Human Resources management, overseeing a team of 7 staff members;General Administration tasks to maintain operational efficiency;Planning and delegating tasks to the team, followed by regular check-ins to ensure progress;Meter readings of water and electricity usage to monitor consumption;Stock control measures to prevent losses and optimize inventory turnover;Construction experience, particularly with regards to ongoing apartment completion and glamping tent setup;Overseeing the Hospitality Manager's duties related to guest accommodation.Requirements : Degree in Business / Hospitality / Game / Hotel Management or equivalent;Minimum 5 years' experience as a General Manager or in a similar role;Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Strong organizational and time management abilities;Valid driver's license.Benefits : A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80, - $, per annum;Ongoing professional development opportunities;A dynamic and supportive work environment.
