Lead customer-facing teams across AAMI Suncorp & GIO to deliver exceptional service drive performance and embed transformational change. This is a strategic leadership role focused on growth customer obsession and operational excellence.
What Youll Do
Lead the Consumer Contact Centre to deliver service excellence customer satisfaction and profitable growthChampion a high-performance culture that balances financial outcomes customer experience and risk maturityDrive the Ethos Productivity Program to embed best practices and continuous improvementEnable transformational change through effective leadership coaching and capability developmentCollaborate across ASG centres to ensure consistency operational efficiency and shared successManage operational budgets and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsWhat Youll Bring
Proven experience leading large customer service teams in insurance financial services or contact centre environmentsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to use customer insights to drive performance across key metricsAdvanced coaching and change management skills to lead transformation and capability upliftConfident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex ideasSkilled in operational planning risk management and driving cultural alignment across diverse teamsA passion for building safe inclusive and resilient workplaces where people thriveWhat Youll Enjoy
