The Role

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting procurement operations by managing the end-to-end process of purchase order creation and administration.

Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, you will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all ordering activities while working cross-functionally with Sales, Category Management, Production, and Supply Chain teams.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage supplier relationships to support seamless and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and issue purchase orders, including revisions or additional orders as needed
• Ensure all orders are accurate and complete before submission to suppliers
• Address supplier queries related to purchase orders or transportation promptly
• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports to support daily activities and provide senior leadership with actionable insights
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams (Sales, Category Management, Production) to ensure on-time, in-full order fulfillment
• Support supply chain operations to ensure timely and complete product deliveries
• Rapidly resolve operational issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions
• Identify and report tooling or process issues, recommending and driving improvements
• Assist with master data maintenance, supplier forecasting, delivery schedule updates, and inventory data analysis as needed
