Schedule : Full-Time, Availability to accommodate UK / London hours for Head Office communication and India / PH for contractor team debriefs

About the Role

The Creative Project Manager will play a key role in bridging operations and creative strategy. You’ll be responsible for systemizing workflows, managing project delivery, and ensuring that the creative team produces exceptional work on schedule. You will work directly with the founder and creative team to ensure a seamless experience for clients while contributing to the growth and scalability of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end production process for multiple client projects.
• Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and other creatives to ensure quality and brand consistency (Frame.io).
• Review and approve video edits and creative assets.
• Plan and manage weekly production schedules and updates.
• Work with the team to develop creative strategies for clients.
• Optimize workflows and systems for efficiency.
• Proactively identify and solve operational or creative bottlenecks.
• Support onboarding of new clients and scaling of operations.
