DescriptionThe RoleCoordinate risk engineering programs and risk initiatives.Accompany various parties to site visits as part of the risk surveying programs.Review and provide insights on loss calculations and risk recommendations.Review trends and identify risk patterns within the group.Prepare summaries for group feedback.Data capturing and administration.Work closely with all stakeholders.Prepare and deliver presentations.Identify, test, and implement software tools.QualificationsThe Requirements3-5 years of experience in Risk Management or Consulting.Background in insurance underwriting and surveying.Understanding of additional risk classes such as Cyber and Commercial Crime (beneficial).Knowledge of the insurance industry (beneficial).Knowledge of ISO systems and their implementation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite.WTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
