NxaTel Appointment Setter – Corporate Sales
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented Appointment Setter to join our Corporate Sales team at NxaTel . You’ll play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and setting qualified appointments for our Senior Sales Executive. This role is perfect for someone with a go-getter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking to identify potential corporate clients for the NxaTel App.
Book appointments and manage the meeting schedule for the Senior Sales Executive.
Attend meetings, expos, and tradeshows to assist in lead generation and relationship building.
Organize and coordinate client communications, follow-ups, and next steps to ensure a seamless sales process.
Maintain accurate records of all opportunities, leads, and activities within the CRM system.
Support the sales team with administrative and operational assistance where needed.
Represent NxaTel professionally , with confidence and strong communication skills.

Holds a valid driver’s licence and is willing to travel for tradeshows, client visits, and events.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus.
Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
