Job Responsibilities
Lead the retentions team, implement customer retention strategies and metrics. Address revenue management and retention through development and execution of a strategic business plan to increase loyalty and retain business. Responsible for data‑led retention tactics. Develop and maintain quality improvement programs as well as offboarding process and checklist and conduct offboarding interviews. Produce the monthly EXCO report and compile reports for sales managers including analysis on program performance. Implementation of targets relating to productivity and quality including engaging in new features and product launches.
