Quality Process Engineer

Quality / Engineering / Systems :

• Development, implementation, and improvement of the site QMS.
• Manage Various Audits : Process, Layered, Product, Dock and Final Audits.
• Develop, maintain and publicise quality records and statistics and ensure that continuous improvement activities are undertaken to focus and improve on negative quality trends or developments
• Assess, respond and ensure effective close out of all Non-Conformances, Corrective Action Plans & Reports and Audit Report Findings.
• Analyse field / customer complaints / trends to establish meaningful preventative and corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement
• Develop and implement functional value-added quality / product training
• Support & Assist site Management with Continuous Improvement Processes, Projects, and trends.
• Management of Quality Control Inspectors, Quality Technician and Visual sorters.
• Management of MSA requirements.
• Management of SPC requirements.
• Management of PPAP requirements for internal customers.
• Management of Calibration requirements.
• Support with Process / Product Changes.
• Support with PFMEA / CP requirements.
• Support with CSRs
