Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with PRINCE2 certification to lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution : Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resources, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee project execution, manage changes, and adapt plans as necessary.
• Stakeholder Management : Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements, set expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and control risks throughout the project to minimize impact on project objectives.
• Budget Management : Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial resources are utilized effectively. Provide regular financial reports and forecasts.
• Team Leadership : Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative environment and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Conduct project reviews and implement improvements as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
