What You'll Be Doing :
Content & Campaigns
- Create and schedule engaging content for our website, blog, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Design on-brand visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Help plan and deliver our marketing calendar with fresh, targeted ideas
Email Marketing & Automation
Assist in building, segmenting, and sending campaigns via CRM and ApolloTrack performance metrics like opens, clicks, and conversionsReport on results and suggest improvementsSocial Media Management
Manage and schedule LinkedIn content and campaignsEngage with audiences, track responses, and help grow our communityMonitor inbound leads and conversationsLead Management & Reporting
Qualify and pass on leads to our recruitment consultantsMaintain clean records of lead activity and resultsSupport with monthly reporting and campaign performance analysisResearch & Collaboration
Keep an eye on competitor activity and industry trendsContribute ideas that help sharpen our marketing strategyWork closely with the Head of Marketing and wider teamWhat Were Looking For :
2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content creationConfident with writing copy and designing visualsSkilled in Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteExperience using email marketing and CRM tools (e.g. Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)Highly organised with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills and a proactive attitudeBonus : Experience in lead generation or B2B campaigns
