MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBProvide general administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations in the provision of Training and Development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASProvide administrative support to Training and Development DepartmentProvide reception and telephone servicesREQUIRED EDUCATIONREQUIRED EDUCATION : Grade 12

DESIRED EDUCATION : Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration

REQUIRED EXPERIENCEREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEComputer literacy in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Training and Development policies and proceduresUnderstanding and application of telephone etiquetteUnderstanding of stock control principlesEvent planning and coordinationFormatting and styling of written communication (i.e.
