As a Marketing All-Rounder , you will play a vital role in building and scaling our German DTC operations. This is a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats , gain hands‑on experience across channels, and directly shape the brand’s presence in a rapidly expanding market.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a wide variety of initiatives, working cross-functionally with our team to fuel growth in Germany :

• Drive content creation and German copywriting to ensure all communication resonates with our target audience.
• Manage social media channels and influencer partnerships , staying ahead of trends and building strong brand visibility.
• Support email marketing campaigns and customer journey optimization , creating engaging, conversion‑driven experiences.
• Provide customer support when needed, ensuring a high‑quality, empathetic experience for our community.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and sharpen our growth strategy.
• Collaborate on strategic projects and business development that expand our reach and impact.
