Field Sales Agent

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. You will represent our company and its brands through in-store activations, promotional events, and direct customer engagement , with regular travel to various retail and promotional locations. Key Responsibilities Promote and represent company brands across retail stores and promotional events. Conduct in-store activations and face-to-face customer engagements. Travel to different locations for brand campaigns and product promotions. Set up and manage promotional displays and point-of-sale materials. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions. Assist in meeting sales targets and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends. Build and maintain positive relationships with retail staff and customers. Report daily activities, customer interactions, and promotional outcomes. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have around one year of experience in sales, promotions, or other customer-facing roles, although this is preferred rather than essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with an outgoing, confident, and self-motivated personality. You must be willing to travel frequently, both locally and regionally, and be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays. A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team are important. Reliable transport and a valid drivers license may be required, depending on the travel demands of the role.
