Lead Search Consultant – Finance & Professional Services

Broadgate (part of Trinnovo Group) is hiring a Lead Search Consultant to take ownership of executive search delivery across Finance and Professional Services, partnering with one of our most prestigious clients, a high‑growth accountancy and consultancy business that is rapidly expanding. You will lead and mentor other Search Consultants, manage senior client relationships, and oversee the full lifecycle of critical hires across Corporate Finance, Tax and Professional Services. This is a strategic role for an experienced headhunter or delivery‑focused search professional who thrives in a client‑facing, high‑accountability environment.

What you’ll do :

• Lead executive search delivery across Finance, Tax, VAT and Corporate Finance appointments.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key account lead.
• Mentor and guide Search Consultants to ensure best‑in‑class delivery and service.
• Build comprehensive market maps, proactively headhunt niche professionals, and drive pipeline activity.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure seamless processes and fast feedback.
• Play a key role in supporting the continued growth and long‑term success of this account.
