Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate

Code C1 License, a PDP will be an added advantage.

A minimum of 1 – 2 years of proven basic experience and proven practical experience in a maintenance field

Technical training in one of the following Technical environments will be an advantage; plumbing, electrical, carpentry, bricklaying, and Aircon and Refrigerator.

Basic knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act

Ability to work under pressure and unfavourable conditions

Responsibilities

To assist in carrying out related maintenance work such as General building, Civil works,

Plumbing, Fencing, Carpentry, and Road works in accordance with predetermined quality and

standards

To assist with material stock control and record keeping keeping good housekeeping within

their working areas

Driving duties including transport of equipment, materials, and staff if and when needed

Maintaining good housekeeping within their working areas, workshops, and surrounding areas

Assist with other general tasks as instructed by the Supervisor

Swimming pool cleaning and maintenance.

Removal of unused or waste material
