Data Migration Consultant

Location : Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa

Salary : R 15 000 to R 18 000 per month

Overview

Assist new and existing customers with integrations and migrations of their financial web applications.

Requirements

Grade 12 with accounting as subject or financial qualification (certificate, diploma or degree)
Experience in a financial position is a bonus
Fluent in Afrikaans
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Good communicator, outgoing personality and organized

Responsibilities

Resolve customer cases through telephone, email and online meetings

Data migration of client information from a previous financial system to our system

Build client relationships and assist with queries

Update system training documents

Conduct system training via Zoom to ensure customer users have adequate basic, intermediate and advanced knowledge
