Pay and Home Time Options

Option 1 : Road Warrior (OTR) – Start at 0.70 CPM

• Pay Rate : Road Warrior OTR truck drivers can earn up to $90,000 yearly
• Guaranteed $1,610 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks)
• Road Warrior drivers earn $0.70 per mile
• 8 weeks out / 10 days off
• Top miles – Guaranteed 2,300 miles per week
• Paid vacation
• 2020 and newer Freightliner Cascadias (APUs, refrigerators, and more), 100% automatic
• Receive a $100 Walmart gift card after orientation
• Midwest Regional or National Lanes – No Northeast, No New York City
• Your choice of Benefits Plans
• Flight to orientation

Option 2 : Midwest Regional Premium Pay Package – Start at 0.68 CPM

Option 3 : Traditional Midwest Regional – Start at 0.62 – 0.64 CPM

Additional notes : If you still need a traditional home time or other options, call one of our recruiters to ask about Home Weekend and Dedicated options in select Midwest cities. Pay varies by home time option and production. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
