An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AI Principal Engineer in the UK, EU or SA offering a flexible remote‑working opportunity. Responsibilities

  • Architecting and delivering scalable AI solutions that enhance ERP workflows.
  • Leading proof‑of‑concepts through to production, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Integrating emerging AI research into practical enterprise applications.
  • Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Representing the business in workshops, demos, and industry forums, showcasing AI leadership.
  • Experience using Python or C and tools such as N8N to author and monitor workflows.
  • Familiarity with standard LLM tooling such as Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in AI / ML engineering, particularly in LLMs, RAG, multimodal AI, or agentic systems.
  • Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), MLOps, and scalable architectures.
  • Hands‑on skills in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
  • Ability to bridge technical and business worlds, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Track record of delivering enterprise‑grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.
  • Passion for innovation and a drive to make a visible impact.
