We’re a fully remote and rapidly growing team on a mission to help our clients build meaningful connections. We’re not just about metrics; we’re about impact. We’re looking for a Client Success Champion to be the trusted partner and steady hand for our clients, ensuring their journey with us is nothing short of amazing.

What your day-to-day will feel like :

You’ll be the voice and confidante for a portfolio of diverse, international clients. You won’t just manage their LinkedIn accounts; you’ll become an extension of their team, crafting thoughtful messages and building relationships on their behalf. You'll find joy in bringing order to the beautiful chaos of multiple campaigns, keeping everything running smoothly in our CRM, and making sure no detail is missed.

You'll be the one to connect the dots, preparing reports that don’t just show data, but tell a story of progress and success. You’ll be a vital part of our internal huddles and client check-ins, bringing your insights to the table and ensuring we’re always delivering on our promises.

We’re looking for someone who :

  • Lives and breathes LinkedIn. You know the platform, especially Sales Navigator, like the back of your hand.
  • Finds joy in serving others. You have a background in client services and a genuine desire to see people succeed.
  • Is a masterful communicator. Your written English is exceptional, and you can effortlessly adapt your tone to represent different client voices.
  • Loves a good system. You’re comfortable with tools like Google Suite and CRMs, and you have a knack for keeping things organized.
  • Is a true professional. You’re ready to dedicate yourself full‑time to a role you can grow with, and you have a remote work setup that allows you to do your best work.
