Talent Specialist | Recruitment Architect
To build relationships with large customers, large businesses and bulk buyers and oversee their orders from initiation to completion of sale.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to establish customer needs by segment and provide store feedback on potential challenges and opportunities.
- Identify and attract new business opportunities and conduct price surveys on competitors’ products and promotions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and interact professionally with corporate institutes when recruiting and servicing customers / potential customers.
- Actively recruit new bulk traders, service walk‑in customers and maintain contact with allocated customers to grow the customer base.
- Negotiate with relevant management and buyers to offer the best possible deals to customers and liaise with inventory controllers regarding deals and out‑of‑stocks daily.
- Coordinate all in‑store promotional activities with the inventory team and ensure effective communication with executive and head office buyers.
- Update CRM system, produce SAP BW reports daily, achieve sales and operational budgets and tailor deals for customers to ensure growth and customer retention.
- Satisfy customer queries, liaise continuously with customers about deliveries and service, and escalated unresolved queries to relevant management.
Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12Diploma / Degree in sales or related field preferred.3‑5 years of sales experience with a proven record.Live the values, judgment, planning & improvement, influence and communicate, culture, diversity & inclusion.Employment Type
