Industrial Engineering Internal Sales Representative

Must be willing to relocate to JHB North if needed.

Matric certificate.

Relevant Sales or Engineering Qualifications.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Internal Sales Representative within the Engineering industry.

Excellent working experience in preparing quotations for enquiries – this is essential .

Managing customer relationships and expectations.

Responding to generated inquiries and leads.

Experience gained in preparing and completing quotes timeously.

Prioritizing quotes to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.

Providing product information, address customer queries, and guide them through the sales process.

collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.

Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.

Providing regular updates on progress as well as challenges.

Gathering feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Communicating feedback to relevant teams for continuous product or service enhancement.

Own Transport and Driver’s License.

Salary : R15 000 to R25 000 CTC + Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus at the end of each year and overtime pay which will be discussed.

Please note there is a Pension Scheme which will be deducted off your Monthly Net Salary. (Tax and UIF will be deducted from your total CTC Salary as per South African regulations.)
