Job descriptionGather and influence customer requirements for antenna design and industrialisation. Design and develop suitable antenna solutions. Participate in manufacturing setup, testing, and quality assurance. Support production planning and component sourcing decisions. Gather and influence customer requirements for filters, duplexers, and splitters. Design and develop suitable RF component solutions. Participate in manufacturing setup, testing, and quality assurance for RF components. Consult with customers and end-users regarding power and signal distribution requirements. Design, develop, and industrialise power and signal reticulation solutions. Ensure customer approvals and certifications are obtained. Adhere to the Group Talent Management Framework. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Support achievement of NPS Score targets. Contribute to achieving BU turnover and PBIT financial targets.
Overview
Our Client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking to employ a RF-Engineer to their team based in Sandton Gauteng.
Requirements
- A degree in Electronics with specialisation in RF.
- A postgraduate qualification with specialisation in RF.
- Familiarity with office productivity tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, or similar.
- Proven competency in writing and authoring technical documentation.
