The ABM-Focused Business Development Executive Position
As the Recruitment Business Development - Account Based Marketing (US Market) executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting key accounts in the US market, utilizing your expertise in account-based marketing to develop strategic partnerships with clients.
Note : We operate on South African time, with evening calls often extending until 9 or 10 PM. Daytime hours are flexibly arranged to accommodate this schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, prioritize, and target high-value accounts in the US marketDevelop and execute account-based marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversionCreate and implement personalized, multi-touch ABM campaigns for each target account, including :LinkedIn engagement and outreachTailored email sequencesStrategic phone callsCustom content creation and distributionConduct in-depth research on target accounts to understand their specific needs, challenges, and decision-making processesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accountsCreate and maintain detailed account plans for each high-priority prospectUtilize ABM technologies and analytics to track engagement and optimize campaignsConduct high-level sales calls with decision-makers, demonstrating our value proposition through a consultative approachCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfactionStay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunitiesTrack, analyze, and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of account-based marketing initiativesMaintain accurate records of ABM activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM systemRequirements :
Prior experience in recruitment business development or account management, specifically in account-based marketingProven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue through account-based marketing strategiesStrong knowledge of the US market and understanding of industry trendsAdvanced understanding of Account Based Marketing principles and best practicesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)Experience in creating and executing multi-touch, personalized marketing campaignsProficiency in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office suite, and other ABM technologiesStrong analytical skills to interpret ABM metrics and optimize campaignsSelf-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targetsAbility to work independently in a remote work environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred :Background in the recruitment industry or experience selling services to US companiesCertifications in Account Based Marketing or related fieldsRequirements
