We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist III to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python and experienced in building and deploying machine learning models, Generative AI applications, and AI agents. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, practical deployment experience, and a passion for automation and intelligent systems.

Responsibilities

• Designed, tested, and deployed end-to-end machine learning and Generative AI models using Python and Azure Functions.
• Built classification models to optimise customer experience and interactions by enhancing resolution speed and customer satisfaction.
• Applied Natural Language Processing (NLP) to automate quality assurance processes and assess whether queries were resolved effectively.
• Evaluated model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously refined algorithms for accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepared and analyzed data to support model development and business insights.
• Created dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensured compliance with privacy regulations and internal governance frameworks.
• Mentored junior analysts and contributed to model governance and ethical data practices.
• Built models that analyse processes to recommend areas for optimisation to achieve cost savings, revenue generation or efficiency improvements for the business.
• Conducted data manipulation and analysis to proactively identify and meet business needs and to ensure high information quality and reliability across the business.
• Implemented machine learning algorithms and automation techniques using SAS or Python libraries.
• Utilised advanced predictive modelling techniques to derive insights into outcomes and future events affecting key assumptions.
• Reviewed and supported more Junior Data Scientists with processes and models.
