Job descriptionCoordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to clients. Manage logistics, including inventory control, shipment tracking, and deliver coordination. Act as liaison between client and service teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of service activities and logistics transactions. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize logistics processes and ensure cost-effectiveness. Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Daily planning, monitoring and coordination of deliveries. Maintaining and managing of customers files services & complaints. Quality control and record keeping. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
