Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content ranging from social media clips to long-form brand stories
- Collaborate with creative directors to understand project vision and brand guidelines
- Make independent creative decisions on pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling
- Deliver polished final cuts that require minimal revisions or feedback rounds
- Work with provided B-roll, interviews, and brand assets to create compelling narratives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Adapt editing style to match different brand voices and content requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of professional video editing experience with strong technical skillsGreat at changing edit styles based on the platform the video will be published toExpert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Final Cut Pro knowledge is a bonus)Proven ability to understand brand storytelling and make creative decisions independentlyExperience with color correction, smooth transitions, and polished post-production techniquesStrong English communication skills for collaborating with creative teamsPortfolio demonstrating both narrative storytelling and social media content editingNice to have
