Join our team serving a U.S. client specializing in home medical equipment and patient mobility solutions. You'll work closely with their operations and customer support teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service from South Africa. They are looking for a dedicated professional for a half day position (as the company grows the position could become full time), to handle both Medical Billing Administrator & Customer Service functions to support their growing operations.
Role Overview
As the Medical Billing Administrator & Customer Service specialist, you'll play a key role in managing patient intake, scheduling deliveries, communicate with medical insurance companies, accounts payable and accounts receivable related tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with U.S. healthcare billing — particularly Medicaid . You'll be the go-to person ensuring smooth coordination between the company's retail operations, customers, and insurance partners.
